Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as day-to-day contact for mid-sized or large multinational clients and support development and execution of client benefits strategies.
  • •Lead assigned projects with limited direction within established time frames and financial parameters.
  • •Coordinate multi-country services across local Aon teams, including renewals, policy placement, benchmarking, M&A, and benefits audits.
  • •Attend client meetings, present results, resolve client issues, and provide intermediate or final recommendations as needed.
  • •Monitor deliverables against project scope and statement of work, identify additional or out-of-scope work, and train and mentor less experienced staff.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of direct experience in an HR consulting firm or professional services firm.
  • •Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills.
  • •Working knowledge of employee benefits and demonstrated interest in global environments and other cultures.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (business, mathematics, finance, economics, or other quantitative-focused degrees preferred); advanced degree or project management certification is an advantage.
