Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift.
  • •Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite.
  • •Identify throughput and efficiency bottlenecks, perform root cause analysis, and execute action plans with site leadership and associates.
  • •Run weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership and conduct daily site manager huddles to set priorities.
  • •Support continuous improvement and develop Reconditioning Lead and Manager populations with development plans and competency-based feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to lead a team of 50+ associates and develop employees.
  • •Proven root cause analysis to solve urgent operational challenges.
  • •Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain high volume, high-quality performance in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Must have an unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years; English proficiency required.
