Create high-quality customer experiences by explaining and demonstrating Cox product capabilities, advising customers based on their needs, and driving sales, retention, and customer experience targets. Assist with opening/closing the retail environment, handle cash, and support events and product demos. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays, collaborating with store and assistant store managers while continuously expanding product and competitor knowledge through training.
