Job Summary

Lead internal audit operations and quality assurance within Reckitt’s Global Internal Audit Centre of Excellence. Reporting to the Head of the COE, you will oversee global audit delivery, strengthen audit methodology and governance, and run a Quality Assurance & Improvement programme. You’ll manage a team across audit delivery, data analytics, and IT&D, partnering with audit and domain leaders to drive consistent standards, analytics enablement, and continuous improvement.

•Oversee day-to-day internal audit operations, ensuring effective planning, resourcing, and delivery.
•Maintain and enhance audit methodologies, templates, standards, and governance processes.
•Lead the Quality Assurance & Improvement programme, including quality reviews and compliance with audit standards.
•Develop dashboards and reporting to monitor audit progress, quality, and operational metrics, partnering with Data Analytics for digital enablement.
•Manage, coach, and develop audit, data analytics, and IT&D team members, and communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and the audit committee.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
•Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CA, CISA, or Lean Six Sigma (preferred).
•8–12 years of Internal Audit experience with exposure to operational audits and audit quality reviews.
•Experience in global or matrixed organisations, ideally within FMCG/Consumer Health or comparable industries.
•Comfort with ERP systems (SAP/JDE) and analytics/visualisation tools (Power BI desirable).
