Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sustainable, reproducible account growth for the Navy/NAVFAC account with emphasis on the Navy’s Pacific and West regions.
  • •Develop and manage strategic direction and account plans; allocate resources and investment dollars; perform competitor and SB/SDB analyses.
  • •Maintain account situational awareness and performance reporting to ensure bookings and pipeline align with monthly projections; explain gaps via brief situational reports.
  • •Lead pursuit support and manage the SF pipeline with capture plans; support teaming and negotiations; facilitate risk management sign-offs, pricing, proposal reviews, and federal requirement compliance; own major proposals.
  • •Lead and manage key client relationships; oversee corrective actions and monitor recoveries for client satisfaction; serve as an ombudsman to de-conflict OCI issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline aligned to the NAVY/NAVFAC business needs.
  • •At least 12 years of experience with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including 4 years of leadership experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •US citizenship is required for the role.
  • •Demonstrated experience providing strategic direction, positioning, and account/capture planning for federal clients.
  • •Experience and knowledge aligned to Navy/NAVFAC programs and professional services such as FMS, MILCON, SRM design, and environmental or energy-related services.
