Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical design and implementation across ServiceNow modules.
  • •Create HLD/LLD documentation and maintain detailed build documentation aligned to delivery standards.
  • •Configure and customize ServiceNow solutions using best practices.
  • •Facilitate and lead client workshops and trainings, including requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
  • •Provide architectural guidance on integrations and cross-platform solutions, collaborating with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions (5+ years preferred).
  • •Experience with HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).
  • •Design and deliver integrations, including integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly desirable) or REST/SOAP/APIs with MID Server and IntegrationHub.
  • •Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
  • •Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and produce excellent design/build documentation artefacts.
