Job Summary

Lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and transformations, taking ownership of architecture, solution design, and hands-on configuration. Produce HLD/LLD and detailed build documentation aligned to delivery standards, and guide governance, scalability, and maintainability. Facilitate client workshops and trainings, engage senior stakeholders, and provide architectural guidance for integrations across ITSM, HRSD, SPM, and ITOM environments, including SAP SuccessFactors and API-based connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical design and implementation across ServiceNow modules.
•Create HLD/LLD documentation and maintain detailed build documentation aligned to delivery standards.
•Configure and customize ServiceNow solutions using best practices.
•Facilitate and lead client workshops and trainings, including requirements gathering and solution design sessions.
•Provide architectural guidance on integrations and cross-platform solutions, collaborating with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Strong hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow solutions (5+ years preferred).
•Experience with HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).
•Design and deliver integrations, including integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly desirable) or REST/SOAP/APIs with MID Server and IntegrationHub.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
•Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and produce excellent design/build documentation artefacts.
