Job Summary

Own workforce reporting and people analytics by building and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, and recurring insights across headcount, attrition, recruiting, and engagement. Administer and enhance Workday HCM modules, reports, calculated fields, and releases, while troubleshooting issues and supporting integrations. Ensure HR data governance, accuracy, and privacy compliance, and partner with HR, IT, and Finance to translate business requirements into scalable reporting, process improvements, and stakeholder enablement.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, scorecards, and recurring reports; analyze trends across key HR and employee lifecycle metrics.
•Administer and configure Workday HCM modules, workflows, security roles, and business process controls; develop Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
•Support HR data governance by maintaining data accuracy/completeness/consistency, performing audits, and documenting reporting definitions and procedures.
•Support integrations between Workday and connected systems, including data imports/exports, EIB processes, and interface monitoring; troubleshoot issues with IT/vendors.
•Automate manual HR processes, gather business requirements, enable stakeholders with training and documentation, and support HR technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, People Analytics, or related functions in complex organizations.
•Hands-on experience administering and configuring Workday HCM (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Absence, Helpdesk).
•Proven ability to develop HR reporting, dashboards, and workforce analytics that support business and talent decisions.
•Experience supporting HR system implementations, enhancements, testing, upgrades, and continuous improvement.
•Working knowledge of SQL and data querying concepts; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
