Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the architectural design process from concept to project completion, ensuring compliance with design standards and regulations.
  • •Review and coordinate design submissions to align with the master plan and authority requirements.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to support delivery and approvals.
  • •Review architectural designs, space planning, and development proposals for functionality, quality, and compliance.
  • •Ensure integration of architectural, structural, and MEP designs throughout the project lifecycle, including managing consultants and contractors and supporting site inspections and approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (mandatory).
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and urban planning.
  • •Proven knowledge of UAE authority regulations, codes, and standards.
  • •Experience working in the UAE, with familiarity in local authority approval processes (preferred).
  • •Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
