Job Summary

Lead cybersecurity and fraud initiative delivery within the Security Delivery group by managing technical project/program execution, portfolio leadership, and governance. Partner across security domain teams, portfolio operations, and business stakeholders to manage risks, dependencies, and escalations while providing transparent reporting. Enforce program management standards and drive continuous improvement across tools, methodologies, and delivery processes for TPS.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan, organize, and control resources, timelines, and budgets for multiple complex technical projects and programs to ensure delivery outcomes.
•Maintain and enforce technical program/project management best practices, templates, standards, and processes across initiatives.
•Monitor project dependencies and consolidated status, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies with appropriate escalations to sponsors.
•Provide technical guidance and direction to project teams, ensuring compliance with requirements and quality standards and supporting regulatory and organizational standards.
•Execute vendor integration and contract management where applicable, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in tools and methodologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field.
•Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in technical project or program management.
•Strong knowledge of enterprise project and program management methodologies, governance, and best practices.
•Experience using workflow tools such as Rally, JIRA, or GitLab.
•Experience using project management lifecycle tools such as Clarity PPM, Planview, Planisware, ServiceNow, or SAP PPM.
