Fine Jewelry & Watch Coordinator

Coordinate inbound processing and authentication workflows for fine jewelry and watches across the authentication centers. You’ll sort and scan items into system and physical locations, monitor product queues, and serve as the point of contact for the Repair program including shipping/receiving and invoice tracking. Resolve inquiries with urgency, track exceptions and buy-outs, keep quality standards and SOPs, and handle ordering of supplies and administrative tasks.
