Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of capital and engineering projects.
  • •Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables from initial concept through implementation.
  • •Develop and monitor project plans using project management tools and methodologies (critical-path analysis, Gantt charts, milestones, resource planning).
  • •Lead and develop a team of approximately two to three Project Managers with coaching and technical oversight.
  • •Coordinate engineering and delivery activities including construction engineering, equipment installation, commissioning, and project closeout.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Automation, or related).
  • •Experience managing complex engineering and capital projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • •Strong project management knowledge (scheduling/critical-path, Gantt charts, budgets, risks, and resource allocation).
  • •Experience across conceptual design through detailed engineering, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and final delivery.
  • •People-management experience leading Project Managers or technical professionals, plus strong communication and stakeholder management.
