Job Summary

Design and build Agentic and Generative AI solutions integrated with the ServiceNow platform to automate complex workflows and enhance user experiences. Develop custom MCP tooling and AI agent capabilities, orchestrate third-party LLMs (including OpenAI and Google Gemini), and implement secure, scalable integrations through the full lifecycle of API development, scripting, and deployment. Partner with stakeholders and business analysts, troubleshoot production issues, and author technical design documentation for enterprise adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions within ServiceNow and/or integrated external solutions, including custom MCP tooling and agentic capabilities.
•Integrate and orchestrate third-party LLMs to drive intelligent automation and improved user experiences.
•Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to identify AI adoption opportunities, clarify requirements, and architect AI-driven solutions.
•Develop and configure ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise applications, managing the full lifecycle from API development and scripting to framework deployment.
•Troubleshoot ServiceNow configuration issues and AI components to ensure reliable operation, and produce technical design documentation and research-based estimates for project planning.

Salary: USD 124,300 - 198,600 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree), or 8+ years with no degree requirement.
•Minimum 2 years hands-on experience building AI-powered solutions.
•In-depth knowledge of APIs, web services, and standard relational database concepts.
•Proven experience building GenAI solutions, agents, or conversational applications, including agent architectures and agent behavior evaluation.
•Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs, prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG; familiarity with MCP servers is preferred.
