Operate as the backbone of the COE by optimizing intake workflows, managing the tech stack and templates, and enabling Scale-through-Enablement initiatives. Drive process improvements, partner with leadership, and implement self-service resources and AI-enabled tools to raise efficiency and quality in communications operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the COE's intake process, ensuring requests are captured, prioritized and routed efficiently through established workflows and service-level agreements.
•Oversee project tracking, resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure the COE operates efficiently and meets commitments to stakeholders.
•Manage the COE's tech stack, including project management tools, content management systems, template libraries and collaboration platforms.
•Champion AI to support the Brand and Communications team's efficiency and effectiveness.
•Develop self-service resources, toolkits and templates that enable employees and communicators to create quality content independently while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree required.
•Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated experience in communications operations, project management or related fields, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
•Strong English skills.
•Mastery of project management tools and content management systems (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira) and ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows.
•Experience building scalable templates, toolkits and self-service resources that enable teams to work efficiently while maintaining brand standards.
