Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, own, and maintain the core executive database (“Skift 5000”), including deduplication, enrichment, and contact tiering logic.
  • •Take end-to-end ownership of HubSpot: audit the instance, fix broken pipelines, and enforce strict data hygiene.
  • •Unify subscription and customer data infrastructure across Recurly, Stripe, and MySkift and automate Net Revenue Retention (NRR) tracking.
  • •Design and deploy automated reporting dashboards tailored to distinct revenue teams.
  • •Create scalable playbooks for event marketing operations, the subscription lifecycle, and sales pipeline management, and train internal teams on the systems built.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, or CRM/data infrastructure in a B2B media, events, or SaaS context.
  • •Deep HubSpot expertise, including auditing CRM instances and fixing broken pipelines beyond pre-cleaned management.
  • •Hands-on integration experience across payment platforms such as Stripe or Recurly, with strong data hygiene (deduplication, enrichment, segmentation, lifecycle tagging).
  • •Ability to design and deploy systems/processes and translate complex data architecture into actionable playbooks for non-technical teams.
  • •Comfort working asynchronously across global time zones with required written and verbal English fluency for daily collaboration.
