Job Summary

Support and lead Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities across Honeywell sites in the region. You will investigate incidents using root-cause analysis, produce written reports, and regularly visit sites to verify HSE compliance. Act as an auditor for internal and company audits, help prepare for management system tools and audits, ensure new locations are integrated into Honeywell’s HSEMS, and advise during regulatory HSE visits. Travel 50–60%.

Key Responsibilities

•Support and lead HSE at sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and legal requirements.
•Conduct root-cause analyses for incidents and create written reports to prevent repeat events.
•Perform regular site visits to check health, safety, and environmental compliance.
•Participate in company audits as an auditor and conduct internal audits.
•Support management system tool preparation and audits, ensure conformity of HSE programs, integrate new sites into Honeywell HSEMS, and advise during regulatory HSE visits.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in HSE/Environmental Studies or a postgraduate HSE qualification.
•2–5 years of experience in health, safety & environment, occupational safety, or industrial hygiene.
•In-depth knowledge of HSE management systems (or equivalent governance frameworks), including HSE regulations, and crisis/emergency management.
•Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
•Fluent English and German, with willingness to travel 50–60% (mainly Germany and Europe).
