Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up project EHS requirements and monitor EHS daily to ensure safety success.
  • •Review Project Safety Plan and submit regular reports to client and internal teams.
  • •Lead the EHS team during site audits; ensure observations are captured and corrective actions are taken by contractors.
  • •Establish and monitor safety parameters for construction activities, and impose them on the design team, contractors, and related parties.
  • •Conduct comprehensive safety audits regularly and monitor day-to-day implementation of safety procedures and programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an HSE practitioner in a related sector.
  • •Minimum NEBOSH IGC qualification.
  • •IOSH membership or similar safety association.
  • •Managed safety lead for a project of 50K Sft+ and worked in base build or industrial projects.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and strong communication/leadership skills.
