Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and delivery of multi-disciplinary aviation infrastructure projects, integrating across disciplines.
  • •Ensure technical delivery of projects by providing expertise to the design team for technical excellence.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with key clients and provide strategic advice to stakeholders.
  • •Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including leading preparation of bids and proposals.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team and foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Professional qualification: Institution of Civil Engineers (or equivalent).

  • •Knowledge of Civil and Military Aviation standards and recommended practices (ICAO, EASA, CAA, FAA, MAA).
  • •Exceptional communication skills with the ability to identify and influence key client stakeholders and build effective relationships.
