Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical recommendations and solutions based on customer needs.
  • •Deliver product demonstrations, testing, and customer training on proper Sika product application.
  • •Support customers and technicians in resolving technical issues at site.
  • •Coordinate technicians during testing, trials, and project activities and ensure knowledge transfer to Technical and Sales teams.
  • •Maintain accurate reports and technical records, ensure EHS compliance, and support assigned projects using company equipment.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Building Materials; high school diploma.
  • •Experience in technical or QA/QC for civil construction or a similar field; graduates with good skills and a can-do attitude are welcome.
  • •Good knowledge of concrete and cement technology, including construction materials testing skills.
  • •Strong organization and communication skills; hard-working, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
  • •Preferred fair English communication skills and willingness to travel frequently.
