Analyze and forecast production and inventory needs, develop long-term projections, and optimize supply chain planning. Build cross-functional relations with suppliers and internal teams to improve delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and planning processes using ERP/MRP data and advanced analytics to drive efficient manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Buyer/Planner activities
•Collect, cleanse, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and create management dashboards
•Maintain master data in ERP/MRP systems (Oracle)
•Use planning tools to redefine planning parameters (PFEP)
•Lead time reviews and Kanban process redefinition to improve planning accuracy

Key Requirements

•Lean Trained; Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is essential
•Experience with Oracle or a similar ERP & MRP system
•College degree in business, engineering, analytics or a related field
•3-4 years of experience in supply chain/planning within a manufacturing environment
•Ability to collect, cleanse, and interpret data to generate actionable insights and create dashboards
