KPB Client Service Associate - Trust

Provide day-to-day trust administration for assigned accounts in a Salesforce-driven environment, supporting Trust Officer(s) within the Central Trust Group. Monitor account activity, support fee setup, manage administrative tasks and documentation, and handle client follow-ups through calls, correspondence, and conferences. Assist with client pipeline activity, build client relationships, coordinate with internal trust teams, and ensure compliance with KeyBank policies and regulatory requirements.
