Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff.
  • •Vacuum, mop floors, polish and generally upkeep all communal areas and residents' bedrooms.
  • •Maintain housekeeping stocks for day-to-day use and raise any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor as you go.
  • •Contribute to creating a warm, welcoming environment so residents feel at home.
  • •Collaborate with other teams to ensure residents are kept happy and the home is well-maintained.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience maintaining high cleanliness standards in a care home or similar setting.

  • •Capability to manage housekeeping stock and raise issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor as needed.
