Shop Manager - Bout. Jerez (interinidad)

Manage Boutique Jerez on a temporary substitution mission, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. Lead the store’s sales performance and team management, developing, training, and informing your people to maintain excellence. Use commercial analysis and KPI visibility—especially conversion ratio and hourly productivity—to drive results. Act as a brand ambassador, liaise with ECI, and promote adoption of Pandora’s updated procedures and policies.
