•Monitor production activities toward daily/weekly/monthly targets and ensure best working practices
•Daily shop floor presence to visualize progress and identify production issues quickly
•Control execution as planned by following procedures and WI registered in Pandora system and manage resourcing for effectiveness
•Lead analysis of concerns and create short-term actions with long-term preventive measures to avoid repeats
