Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive KPIs of the responsible area and shared KPIs to ensure delivery on time with high quality and lowest cost
  • •Monitor production activities toward daily/weekly/monthly targets and ensure best working practices
  • •Daily shop floor presence to visualize progress and identify production issues quickly
  • •Control execution as planned by following procedures and WI registered in Pandora system and manage resourcing for effectiveness
  • •Lead analysis of concerns and create short-term actions with long-term preventive measures to avoid repeats
