Key Requirements

  • •BS in Engineering or Engineering Technology (prefer Mechanical Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • •3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility, with knowledge of lean manufacturing.
  • •Manufacturing/industrial engineering background; experience with processes and equipment such as high speed stamping presses, heat treatment, steel grinding, blister sealing, laser welding, laser etching, and machining tooling.
  • •SMED project experience and capital project management experience.
  • •Proficiency with AutoCad, Creo/CATIA, and MS applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), plus strong leadership, organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
