Branch Lending & Operations Manager I

Observe and assist branch operations to ensure compliance with federal and bank policies, while reporting recommendations to administrative officers. Lead lending workflows by originating consumer loans, evaluating credit-worthiness, verifying employment/income, computing debt ratios, and approving loans within authority. Supervise and support branch employees, handle customer issues to ensure satisfaction, and develop relationships and referrals to grow consumer and light commercial portfolios, completing required BSA/AML training.
