Key Responsibilities

  • •Map current-state commission processes across plan administration, calculation, approvals, and payout; identify manual and error-prone steps and prioritize improvements by risk and business impact.
  • •Design and build automated workflows, integrations, and tooling to replace manual data pulls, reconciliations, approval routing, and exception handling.
  • •Act as a hands-on owner of Xactly instances (e.g., Incent and Connect), configuring calculation rules, plan logic, and workflows while tuning the platform to reduce manual work.
  • •Integrate incentive compensation systems by partnering with IC, Finance & Strategy, People Ops, Revenue Operations, and IT/Data teams to ensure reliable data flow.
  • •Create documentation, governance, and a continuous improvement cadence; support urgent payout-cycle requests while systematizing long-term fixes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, revenue operations, or related systems/process improvement in a fast-paced technology or SaaS business.
  • •Demonstrated track record finding broken or inefficient processes and systematizing them into durable solutions.
  • •Hands-on SQL experience to query and reconcile data across systems to diagnose gaps and validate outputs.
  • •Experience building automated workflows and integrations using scripting, workflow/RPA platforms, or ICM systems such as Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Varicent, or SPIFF platforms.
  • •Familiarity with incentive compensation systems and data flow across CRM (e.g., Salesforce), HRIS, data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery), and comp platforms (e.g., Xactly).
