  • •Evaluate, identify, and select suppliers and develop business partner relationships with suppliers.
  • •Partner with Program Office and Engineering to define and implement procurement strategies and develop subcontract statements of work.
  • •Solicit proposals, perform source selection and price/cost analysis, and determine fair and reasonable pricing.
