Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a book of enterprise accounts end to end: onboarding, adoption, renewal assistance, and expansion.
  • •Lead regular customer calls (implementation kickoffs, working sessions, QBRs, escalations) as a customer-facing role.
  • •Serve as the product SME—answer product questions and debug issues in real time.
  • •Handle hands-on technical implementation work: review OAS files, wire up CI/CD syncing via ReadMe CLI/API, troubleshoot custom JS/CSS and auth setups, and prototype solutions.
  • •Identify growth opportunities with Sales and advocate for customers internally by surfacing health risks and feeding product/engineering feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical enough to read an OpenAPI spec, work with HTML/CSS/JS, and understand SSO/auth flows, plus comfortable with Git and a CLI.
  • •Experience partnering with enterprise engineering and docs teams as a customer-facing technical contact (onboarding through escalations).
  • •Ability to review and debug implementations, including prototyping solutions before handing off to Engineering.
  • •Strong communication and organization skills to manage multiple concurrent projects and account needs.
