Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and build federated co-simulation and digital-twin validation frameworks that model factory and production systems before changes reach the shop floor.
  • •Develop verification tooling and automated V&V frameworks to validate manufactured output against engineering intent across geometry, assembly sequences, and system performance.
  • •Partner with manufacturing engineers and factory operators to translate production workflows into software requirements and deliver production-quality code with comprehensive tests.
  • •Lead simulation framework development (including Unreal Engine 5) and build V&V automation pipelines that continuously validate system integrity across design, manufacturing, and operations.
  • •Own integration architecture between simulation/digital-twin systems and live production data (Unified Namespace) and enterprise systems (MES, ERP, PLM), and hire/mentor/grow a simulation and V&V engineering team.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years building production software systems in fast-paced environments.
  • •Expertise in simulation frameworks, digital twin architectures, 3D visualization, or verification/validation automation.
  • •Strong fluency in software architectures, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, and cloud or edge infrastructure.
  • •Experience architecting and shipping systems integrating simulation, real-time data, and visualization components.
  • •Experience with real-time 3D engines (Unreal Engine, Unity) or comparable simulation/visualization platforms.
