Key Responsibilities

•Design and govern implementation projects, acting as the primary POC and managing all phases of client engagements.
•Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers to identify opportunities for deeper LexisNexis solution integration.
•Present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to executives and business owners, aligning outcomes with client needs.
•Oversee project governance, client delivery, and complex implementation programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
•Communicate fraud risks and mitigation plans clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with detailed reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
•Expert-level consultative skills with the ability to collaborate and solve customer problems.
•Proficiency in SQL and demonstrated ability to use data quality concepts to resolve issues.
•Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•7+ years client-facing/consulting experience preferred; knowledge of SaaS and big data is a plus.
