Key Responsibilities

  • •Support quarterly creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and monthly creation of Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), including cost estimates, reasonableness testing, and risk/opportunity assessments.
  • •Perform detailed EV and financial analysis against the budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
  • •Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
  • •Facilitate EAC/LRE inputs and support EVMS process inputs with engineering and program leads.
  • •Support monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting, analysis, and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
  • •Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar systems.
  • •Experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
  • •Ability to support EVMS inputs and perform meaningful analysis and effective communication for EAC/LRE and variance reporting.
