Job Summary

Support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and program leads with monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting, analysis, and Budget Change Requests. Help develop Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), perform cost/schedule variance and forecast analysis, and partner with engineering and program stakeholders to drive predictable program financial commitments using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Support quarterly creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and monthly creation of Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), including cost estimates, reasonableness testing, and risk/opportunity assessments.
•Perform detailed EV and financial analysis against the budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
•Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
•Facilitate EAC/LRE inputs and support EVMS process inputs with engineering and program leads.
•Support monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs, reporting, analysis, and weekly analysis of cost and labor runs.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
•Experience using SAP, APEX, or similar systems.
•Experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
•Ability to support EVMS inputs and perform meaningful analysis and effective communication for EAC/LRE and variance reporting.
