Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish new relationships and foster existing relationships by sourcing commercial lending opportunities
  • •Analyze commercial lending requests, including working capital lines of credit, term loans, and owner-occupied real estate loans
  • •Prepare credit presentations and investment/credit packages for department manager and credit administrators
  • •Guide credit requests through review by division manager and senior credit review officers; assist loan administration through closing
  • •Manage financial ticklers and work with loan administrators and legal counsel to process and close credit facilities

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6-8 years of experience in commercial lending, including valuation and asset management, and financial analysis
  • •B.A. degree in finance (or related field) and/or related work experience
  • •Knowledge of and compliance with state and federal regulations (including Regulation Z, Regulation B, FHA, HMDA, RESPA, FCRA, BSA/USA PATRIOT Act, AML/CIP, RFPA, and CRA)
  • •General knowledge of loan documentation, collateral analysis, and financial statements
  • •Proficiency with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, Argus) and familiarity with Moody’s analysis systems and nCino; strong composing/writing skills
