Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, or online booking platforms, providing accurate availability, rates, and amenity information.
  • •Assist guests in selecting accommodations based on preferences, budget, and special requirements to ensure a seamless booking experience.
  • •Process and modify reservations accurately by entering guest information, payment details, and special requests into the reservation system.
  • •Monitor room availability and manage inventory, adjusting allocations and rates to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience in reservations or a related role.
  • •Proficiency in hotel reservation systems and booking platforms to process reservations and manage room inventory accurately.
  • •Excellent communication and customer service skills to address guest inquiries, concerns, and modifications professionally.
  • •Strong attention to detail to enter guest information, payment details, and special requests correctly in the reservation system.
  • •ERP knowledge—SAP functional skills are a requirement (or strongly preferred) to succeed in the role.
