Job Summary

Support daily operations for TikTok Shop fulfillment centers across the U.S. Midwest/Southeast/South Region. You’ll manage inbound and outbound exceptions within SLA targets, coordinate with third-party logistics partners and internal teams, and help resolve merchant and logistics issues. Partner with site managers and LSP contacts to improve SOPs and KPIs, monitor returns processing and site performance metrics, and provide on-site supervision to maintain service levels.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily inbound and outbound exceptions for fulfillment centers across the Midwest/Southeast/South Region.
•Work with merchant and quality teams to resolve merchant or logistics issues within SLA targets.
•Partner with site managers and third-party logistics (LSP) contacts to improve SOPs and achieve exception-handling KPIs.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to gather merchant and LSP feedback and identify process improvement opportunities.
•Monitor returns dwell and processing, track site performance metrics, and provide daily on-site supervision.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above.
•Experience in warehouse management, merchant success, or customer experience within a logistics framework focused on one-piece dropshipping.
•Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
