Oversee and coordinate safe, efficient mechanical construction activities at the Hermosa Project site, providing field leadership to contractors and subcontractors. Ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget while meeting quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Lead day-to-day contractor coordination, monitor performance and risks, manage commissioning and closeout support, and communicate progress, issues, and recommendations to project leadership.
