Key Responsibilities

•Follow all safety policies, procedures, and protocols; prioritize your safety and that of your team.
•Follow OSHA and MSHA regulations for compliant job execution and promptly report issues.
•Assist construction and paving crews with hands-on tasks such as shoveling, raking, operating a wheelbarrow, and directing trucks.
•Communicate with equipment operators using hand signals and tools to keep materials moving and aligned.
•Operate small power tools (e.g., jackhammers), dig/spread/level materials, and install traffic control devices such as signs, barricades, and cones.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•Previous construction experience is a plus (not required).
