Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead multiple complex, cross-functional technical programs for studio infrastructure, including hardware provisioning, cloud tenant setup, and large-scale data migrations.
  • •Develop technical strategies for migrating and modernizing studio production environments, including work across large datasets and storage/cloud solutions.
  • •Drive technical integration of third-party creative and infrastructure software onto Netflix corporate platforms.
  • •Scope and lead Generative AI/ML initiatives with engineering and data science partners, identifying use cases and productionizing AI platform capabilities.
  • •Decompose requirements into execution plans with measurable milestones, manage dependencies and risks, and communicate progress and business implications to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of technical program management experience.
