Job Summary

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first, mobile-first sales capabilities that improve seller productivity and client engagement. Lead discovery, translate business objectives into outcome-driven roadmaps and investment recommendations, and partner with product, technology, UX, data, and AI specialists to guide solutions from concept to adoption and continuous improvement. Help mature product management practices by strengthening governance, clarifying ownership, and mentoring Product Owners within the Global Sales Experience Team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and long-term evolution for assigned GSET capabilities, aligned to business strategy and client needs.
•Translate strategic business objectives into outcome-driven product roadmaps and investment priorities, including discovery and evaluating emerging technologies and AI use cases.
•Serve as the primary business product leader for assigned capabilities and partner across sales, technology, AI, UX, and data teams to establish measurable outcomes.
•Partner with Technology, Solution Architecture, UX, Engineering, AI, and Data teams to deliver scalable, secure, user-centered solutions across the product lifecycle and define success metrics.
•Strengthen product ownership practices by establishing governance and ownership boundaries and mentoring Product Owners to evolve the GSET operating model.

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
•8+ years of relevant work experience.

•Strong understanding of Agile product management principles and software delivery methodologies.
