Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a first-line resource by answering incoming team calls and providing accurate, timely guidance on RTX Global Time and Labor policies and procedures.
  • •Create, triage, and manage ServiceNow service cases, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through until resolution.
  • •Deliver reliable, quick, and accurate problem resolution to support customers.
  • •Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
  • •Identify recurring issues or process gaps and recommend improvements while ensuring compliance with federal and state wage and hour laws and RTX policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or equivalent 2-year post high school training) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in payroll, timekeeping, finance, auditing, and/or compliance.
  • •Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • •Ability to manage payroll/timekeeping research, calculations, analysis, and data entry to support labor processes.
  • •Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload with effective problem solving and decision-making.
  • •Ability to provide exceptional customer service through verbal and written communication in a corporate environment.
