Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and manage sponsor-funded quantitative research projects end-to-end, including survey instruments, panel recruitment, data cleaning, analysis, and sponsor-facing insights.
  • •Partner with sales on pre-sale ideation to pitch research-driven proposals for commercial offerings.
  • •Write and/or oversee freelance talent producing sponsored content across formats such as articles, reports, insight decks, presentations, and video scripts.
  • •Manage sponsor relationships day-to-day by reviewing deliverables, incorporating feedback, keeping timelines on track, and maximizing content visibility.
  • •Research, script, and host sponsored partner events live and virtually (e.g., talks, panels, webinars).

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in a high-output marketing, agency, or editorial setting, ideally with B2B digital publishing and content marketing for enterprise software and digital advertising.
  • •Hands-on experience running survey studies (e.g., SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics) and using basic statistical analysis to shape narrative-driven insights for executive audiences.
  • •Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for early drafting and research while maintaining originality, accuracy, and editorial standards.
  • •Experience managing client relationships and incorporating feedback, including building sales materials and speaking confidently in front of live audiences.
  • •Strong English fluency with proven ability to ideate, write, edit, and proof multi-format copy in a polished, error-free tone.
