Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, operations/supply chain management, material cost control, or master production scheduling, or a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in the same areas, or 9+ years in the same areas.
  • •Experience managing external suppliers, including contracting and negotiation.
  • •Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and drive to quantifiable results.
  • •Ability to adapt and build processes that flex to changing requirements and strategy.
  • •Willingness to travel up to 25% and work long hours as needed to meet critical deadlines.
