Job Summary

Manage sourcing partnerships to acquire, build, expand, and operate Starlink ground infrastructure in key markets. Build regional supplier and regulatory expertise to support planning and supplier strategy, execute agreements and commercial models, and define metrics for financial and operational success. Partner with cross-functional teams across infrastructure, reliability, legal, billing/payments, finance, and design to drive measurable operational improvements and customer-quality outcomes.

•Source and establish regional and global supplier partnerships to acquire, build, expand, and operate Starlink ground infrastructure in a given market.
•Develop regional business, cultural, and regulatory expertise to support financial planning and ongoing supplier management and operations.
•Execute agreements and develop commercial models that support supplier partnerships and address near-term and future growth needs.
•Create a scalable approach to assess and improve the health of current and future ground infrastructure using qualitative and quantitative performance metrics.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvement opportunities and quantify business impact.

Salary: USD 110,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in engineering, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, operations/supply chain management, material cost control, or master production scheduling, or a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in the same areas, or 9+ years in the same areas.
•Experience managing external suppliers, including contracting and negotiation.
•Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and drive to quantifiable results.
•Ability to adapt and build processes that flex to changing requirements and strategy.
•Willingness to travel up to 25% and work long hours as needed to meet critical deadlines.
