Manager R&D (Shanghai, CN)

Lead R&D strategy and partnership platform development for green hydrogen projects, driving control and electrical system innovation. Provide technical leadership across system simulation, cluster control strategies, and electrical architecture for grid-connected and off-grid scenarios. Build and manage the green hydrogen R&D and pilot platform, define the hydrogen system roadmap, and coordinate cross-functional R&D delivery including timeline, budget, and collaboration with institutes, OEMs, universities, and government entities.
