Deliver efficient, accurate client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and providing a consistent, high-quality client experience. Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) by identifying client needs and referring to appropriate team members. Handle new account openings and problem resolution, while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
