Production Team Member

Perform production duties in a union precast concrete manufacturing environment, working safely and efficiently with a team. Clean and oil steel forms, detail unfinished concrete prior to customer delivery, and perform caulking and other assigned tasks as needed. The role focuses on producing high-quality precast concrete products and maintaining reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
