Lead daily store operations while supporting the store leadership team and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and drive performance against sales and profit goals through KPI monitoring. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to uphold store standards, visual merchandising, inventory integrity, loss prevention, and company policies, while fostering an inclusive, high-energy retail environment.
