Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the incident response team within the Cyber Defense Center and coordinate with stakeholders to handle security incidents
  • •Manage incident response processes including investigation, analysis, containment, recovery, communication and reporting
  • •Develop and refine incident management policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
  • •Drive incident response maturity and implement continuous improvement through automation and training
  • •Monitor security hygiene and performance, collaborating with other IS teams to enhance resilience and incident response capabilities

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of information security experience with 6-8 years in Security Incident Response
  • •Hands-on experience implementing and operationalizing SIEM/SOAR tools (e.g., Sentinel, ArcSight)
  • •Experience defining and reporting KPIs for Security Incident response
  • •Familiarity with advanced SOC monitoring technologies, risk, threat and security measures
  • •Knowledge across SOC domains including governance, policies, compliance management, risk management, and incident response
