Key Responsibilities

•Function as an experienced member of the Relationship Manager team to provide support to Commercial Real Estate and/or Retail Banking teams; anticipate needs, issues and concerns of internal teams and clients, providing resolution or escalation when appropriate.
•Prepare and review all account documentation related to high-volume deposits and loans, and monitor the administration of the closing process.
•Review loan files to ensure file completeness, including the proper security of designated collateral.
•Monitor past dues and future maturities, manage draws, and update multiple RMs on a regular basis.
•Actively work to develop relationships across all Bank partners to identify cross-sell opportunities and referral business exhibiting an advanced level of bank product knowledge.

Key Requirements

•Education: High school diploma or the equivalent required, with Bachelor’s degree preferred
•Experience: Minimum three years, with specific bank experience preferred
•Strong customer service and administrative skills
•Experience preparing and reviewing account documentation for deposits and loans
•Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities and build relationships with bank partners
