Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform all necessary maintenance of facility, equipment, and grounds in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • •Accomplish daily assignments as scheduled and perform on-site service and repair of equipment.
  • •Meet at least 90% of estimated repair times and troubleshoot to the systems level.
  • •Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safe practices on all work assignments, including adherence to safety procedures, good housekeeping, and PPE.
  • •Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities; may train other employees or fill in as Team Lead if needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED with 3+ years maintenance experience (or 5+ years in a related field, or 2-year technical school plus 3+ years’ experience).
  • •Journeyman’s Card from an accredited apprenticeship program preferred.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and proven electro/mechanical skills.
  • •Ability to read prints and technical manuals and suggest modifications as required.
  • •Ability to follow safe work practices, including full understanding of LOTO, and troubleshoot to the systems level.
