Key Responsibilities

  • •Onboard business and consumer deposit products and services routed through the Community Banking channel.
  • •Complete Treasury Management set-up forms for business clients and enable TM products and services.
  • •Fulfill deposit account maintenance and supersede requests, including gathering, completing, and validating CDD/KYC forms and requirements.
  • •Handle transaction and wire requests up to prescribed authority limits, processing items accurately and efficiently.
  • •Answer or refer client inquiries from calls and emails, follow through with clients and frontline staff, and follow established policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of client services experience required.
  • •1 year of banking or financial services, business, or equivalent work experience required.
  • •Knowledge of consumer and business account types and document requirements.
  • •Experience complying with Know Your Customer/Customer Identification Programs (CDD/KYC).
