Job Summary

Own governance and enforcement of standardised solutions across OTC/STP/RTR/P2BP/T&E/C&SF capability areas, triaging demands and allocating them to the right analysts. Support finance systems business-as-usual (e.g., Blackline, HighRadius, Concur, SAC) and review validation and SOX documentation. Partner with business users and delivery partners, ensure designs follow standard templates, and manage a team of BAs/SBAs while supporting their development plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Own governance and enforcement of standardised solutions for projects, programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives within capability areas (OTC/STP/RTR/P2BP/T&E/C&SF).
•Support the implementation and business-as-usual running of finance systems (e.g., Blackline, HighRadius, Concur, SAC).
•Review validation documentation, including Validation Plans and SOX-related documents.
•Work with business users to understand system requirements and technical issues, and support IT developers/vendors in addressing needs.
•Manage the team of BAs/SBAs and support product managers by delegating demands and features through the BA team.

Key Requirements

•Extensive Business Analyst experience, including driving requirements and design workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
•Strong SOX documentation skills and understanding of regulated-environment documentation requirements, including test plans.
•Proven expertise across a suite of finance solutions, including SAP (required), plus experience with tools such as Blackline, HighRadius, Concur, SAC, and/or related systems.
•Hands-on ability to create validation and documentation (e.g., Validation Plans and validation reports) to support compliance needs.
